The Sarracenia × Farnhamii is a spectacular hybrid variety, resulting from the cross between Sarracenia leucophylla and Sarracenia purpurea. With its tall and slender pitchers, marbled with green, purple, and sometimes white, it brings rare elegance to any green space.
Delivered in Ø12 cm for an approximate height of 40 cm, this mature carnivorous plant captivates with its graphic form and ease of care. Ideal for lovers of original and fascinating plants.
Exposure & location
The Sarracenia × Farnhamii thrives in a bright and sunny environment, while tolerating partial shade. It can be placed outdoors on a balcony, terrace, or windowsill, but also indoors in very bright conditions.
- Exposure: direct sun or bright partial shade.
- Ideal: balcony, terrace, veranda, or south- or west-facing windowsill.
- Temperature: from 5 to 25 °C, tolerates coolness in winter.
- Substrate: blond peat and perlite, always moist and without fertilizer.

Watering & care
- Water: exclusively rainwater or demineralized water.
- Frequency: keep the substrate constantly moist, especially in summer.
- Saucer: keep 1 to 2 cm of water permanently at the base of the pot.
- Winter: slightly reduce water during the vegetative rest.
- Fertilizer: unnecessary, the plant feeds on insects.
- Pruning: remove dry pitchers to stimulate regrowth.
Place the pot on a tray with water to maintain constant humidity and prevent substrate drying.

Shipping is done within 48 business hours, with tracked delivery throughout Europe.
Plants are shipped from Monday to Wednesday to prevent them from being stuck over the weekend.
You receive a tracking link as soon as the package is dispatched.
What to do upon receiving my plant?
Open your package upon receipt, carefully remove the plant from its packaging and let it acclimate for 24 hours in its new environment before watering it.
If it has slightly suffered from transport, it will quickly regain its shape after one or two days in the light.
Can I put this plant outside?
